A search committee composed of various individuals representing 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State campus constituents, students, and alumni has been charged with leading the search for the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø head baseball coach position that will be vacant upon Scott Berry’s retirement. After reviewing applications and interviewing semi-finalists, the committee has decided to bring one qualified candidate to campus for finalist interview activities.
Finalist Billy Tomblin will participate in campus interview activities Wednesday, April 19. 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State faculty and staff and the public are invited to participate in a meet and greet opportunity with the finalist from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Edson and Margaret Larson Alumni and Leadership Center on the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State campus.
Other activities for the finalist will include an interview with the search committee; a meeting with the baseball team and another with the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State Athletics head coaches; a meeting with President Van Horn; and lunch with the president’s cabinet.
