

91³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s Collegiate DECA chapter made a strong impact at the North Dakota Collegiate DECA Career Development Conference in Fargo, N.D. Feb. 9 and 10. The annual state conference provides an opportunity to compete in business-related events. More than 100 students representing eleven North Dakota colleges and universities participated. Several 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State students qualified for the international competition which will be held in Washington, D.C. April 23-26.

MSU chapter members Wesley Bernier and Cierra Steele received the North Dakota Collegiate DECA Outstanding Service Award. 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State’s Rob Johnston was named North Dakota Advisor of the Year. The conference was capped off with the election of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State student Amber Montag, Finley, N.D., as vice president of North Dakota Collegiate DECA for the 2014-2015 school year.
