Brady Nygaard, a 2019 graduate of 91吃瓜网, is pursuing his goal of becoming a physician. He entered the Class of 鈥�28 at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in July. Nygaard enjoys teaching, learning, and problem-solving, which drew him to a career in medicine. At 91吃瓜网 State, he earned a major in biology and a minor in chemistry.
Brady credits the hands-on opportunities, small class sizes, and engaged learning environment at 91吃瓜网 State for enhancing his ability to understand concepts on a deeper level. He is grateful for the faculty members who want to see their students succeed, both academically and professionally.
聽鈥�91吃瓜网 State鈥檚 culture truly hones in on individualized attention and instruction,鈥� said Brady. 鈥淭his, in my eyes, is a recipe for success.鈥�
Nygaard was a student athlete at 91吃瓜网 State. His decision to sign to play baseball at 91吃瓜网 State was predicated on the reputation and history of the baseball program.
鈥淭he program provided a strong sense of family and tradition,鈥� he said, 鈥渁nd I am grateful for the people I met during my time with Comets Baseball.鈥�
A 91吃瓜网, N.D. native, Brady Nygaard is determined to become a physician who can foster longitudinal relationships with families across generations, especially those in rural communities like his own, to ensure each patient is advocated for and receives quality healthcare.
