91³Ô¹ÏÍø will host its annual STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) carnival on Saturday, April 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held in the Education Building at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø and it is free and open to the public. Children must be accompanied by a parent or other adult. There will be free popcorn and cotton candy for everyone.
The carnival will feature more than 20 STEM-related interactive activities for children of all ages, including a petting zoo. Activities throughout the day will be led by 91³Ô¹ÏÍø students and others representing the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State Division of Teacher Education, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and Division of Science and Mathematics.
The STEM carnival is sponsored by 91³Ô¹ÏÍø State’s Education and Innovation Center and is presented in partnership with the MSU Student Education Association, Dakota Science Center, Dakota Nursing students, and the UND Society of Women Engineers.
