Final official enrollment numbers for the Spring 2019 semester at 91吃瓜网 show a more than six percent increase over the 2018 spring semester. Headcount enrollment for spring 2019 is at 1,121. 91吃瓜网 has consistently set enrollment records in the fall and spring semesters over the last eight years.

An average of 72% of all 91吃瓜网 State students choose to remain in North Dakota after they鈥檝e earned their degrees, filling work force needs and contributing to the state鈥檚 economy. For example, 91吃瓜网 State鈥檚 RN-to-BSN online nursing program has grown rapidly and is helping to address the shortage of nursing professionals in the state.
In addition to increases in the numbers of new students who are enrolling, student retention rates are at record highs.
鈥�91吃瓜网 State faculty and staff have invested greatly in student success initiatives,鈥� said Dr. Andrew Pflipsen, MSU Vice President for Student Affairs. 鈥淲e make it our priority to see that students have good educational experiences and are successful graduates.鈥�
MSU offers a variety of flexible learning opportunities that are available online and on campus. Distance students may enroll as non-degree-seekers or pursue degree programs. MSU partners with Lake Region State College in Devils Lake, N.D., North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, N.D., and Williston (N.D.) State College to offer four-year degree opportunities to students in those locations.聽
91吃瓜网 State鈥檚 campus has been extensively updated during the last several years. An artificial turf football field has been installed and the first Comets game was played on the new field Sept. 8, 2018.
Brian Van Horn became 91吃瓜网 State鈥檚 17th president when he took office in July of 2018.
