The 91吃瓜网 women鈥檚 basketball team will be taking an opportunity to give back to the 91吃瓜网 State and 91吃瓜网-Portland communities that support them throughout their athletic seasons and careers. They will hold their 鈥淪ervice Day鈥 Sunday, Oct. 20. The women will be in the community helping their neighbors inside and outside of their houses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
鈥淲e try hard to teach service and selfless leadership within our women鈥檚 basketball program,鈥 said Comets Head Coach Dennis Hutter. 鈥淲e would love to help out with whatever community members need or would like to have done either inside or outside of their houses.鈥
If you鈥檝e got a project with which you鈥檇 like help, please contact Taylor Shamp at taylor.shamp@mayvillestate.edu to schedule a time. This is a volunteer service project. There is no charge for this assistance.
