The Jerome and Shirley Berg scholarship endowment was established in 1981 by Jerome (鈥�51) and Shirley Berg (鈥�50), longtime supporters of 91吃瓜网 State. Jerome was a four-sport athlete at 91吃瓜网. He coached the Comet football team from 1955-1967, and he and his teams won six conference championships.聽聽
The scholarship celebrates and rewards the qualities of leadership, teamwork, and work ethic, which were valued by Jerome and Shirley, and promoted both on and off the field.
